Everything we do builds one thing: donor revenue your organization owns
Most nonprofits depend too heavily on grants, events, or one exhausted leader. We help you build individual and major gift giving your board and team can run.
Backed by a 2013 national study of 2,700+ nonprofit leaders (CompassPoint / Haas, Jr. Fund): the real constraint is rarely one person's ability to fundraise. It is a lack of systems and shared ownership.
The Path
Four steps, in order
Revenue Score
Free, two minutes. See which part of your fundraising is actually weakest.
Revenue Growth Workshop
One session, one problem solved. $245 per person, or $3,250 for a private session with your team.
Revenue Assessment
Four weeks. A written diagnosis, a baseline, and a ninety-day plan. Credited in full toward the Partnership if you continue within thirty days.
The Donor Revenue Partnership
Six months minimum. We build the system with your people until they can run it.

The Core Offer
The Donor Revenue Partnership
A spreadsheet is not a pipeline.
Three things happen at once, and they are not sold separately:
Pipeline
Find, qualify, and move donors toward larger gifts
Board
Turn board members into door-openers, not just check-writers
Skills
Coach your staff and board to ask without dreading it
Scope and investment are set by your Revenue Assessment, not chosen off a list. Six-month minimum.
Step 3, In Detail
The Revenue Assessment
Before anyone spends real money on a solution, you should know exactly where your individual giving stands. Four weeks, from data access to findings.
What we do
Analyze your donor file for retention, repeat giving, and revenue concentration. Interview your leadership, development staff, and two to three board members. Survey your full board on fundraising expectations.
What you receive
A written findings report you can read in fifteen minutes. A baseline scorecard. A ninety-day plan with no more than five priorities, each with an owner and a date. A live presentation to you and your board chair.
The fee is credited. If you move forward with the Partnership within thirty days of the readout, the full assessment fee applies to that engagement. You do not pay twice to find out what is wrong.
